In honor of Black History Month, students designed and executed a culturally inspired menu celebrating bold flavors and rich traditions:
✨ Rasta Pasta Jerk Salmon Bowl
✨ Jerk Chicken Tacos with Pineapple Pico & Avocado Crema
✨ Sweet Potato Cheesecake
✨ Mango Fruit Punch
From menu planning and food preparation to plating and customer service, our students showcased their culinary expertise while gaining real-world experience that prepares them for postsecondary careers in the hospitality and culinary industries.
